Rules and Regulations

Note: rules and regulations to be adhered to both before and after admission must be followed diligently

  • The fees are non-refundable once admission has been granted. In any circumstances fees will not be refunded after getting admission and after offline or online classes start.
  • Classes will not be available without prior admission
  • Professional certificate are available exclusively for the courses with the minimum duration of 6 months and minimum academic qualification 10th standard passed
  • A diploma certificate will be conferred upon completion of courses with a duration of 12 months
  • Upon completion of courses lasting 18-24 months, an advanced diploma certificate will be awarded
  • For the candidates learning coding languages,
    1. Certification will be free upon the completion of learning five coding languages
    2. Certification fees must be paid by the candidate who have learned at least 2 coding languages
    3. No certifications will be provided if the candidate has learned only one coding language
  • Application for certificate are only accepted twice a year, following a semester wise system
  • It will require 4-5 months for the certificate to be issued
  • Candidates are required to submit their certificate application through both online and offline methods
  • The following documents will be required for certification:
    1. Pass certificate / marksheet of minimum 10th standard or higher academic qualification
    2. Proof of identity, any valid : PAN card, AADHAAR card, E-PIC, Driving license etc.
    3. A colored passport size photo of the candidate's front face without spectacles or a cap is required.
    4. For online application same above mentioned documents will be required in jpeg format (100kb)

      5. Note: a smart phone and a g-mail account are necessary for the application process

  • For certification, the candidate is required to take both the offline and online exam and submit the hard copy of their projects or soft and hard copy of real life minor or major project as per Course / Subject / Project by the specified due date.
  • Candidate must ensue that their fees are cleared during the certification application process
  • The certificate must be strictly received by the candidate
  • Incase guardian/parents are coming to collect the certificate they must bring a valid identity proof along with an authorized letter
